Lauren Furr

After Lauren Furr married into a family of home builders, her interest in real estate was sparked. 

“It didn’t take long for my interest to grow into a full-fledged love that led me to obtain my real estate license,” says Lauren, an agent on the national award-winning team of Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C. 

Lauren worked in the family business, Furr Construction and Development, Inc., which has been serving the military and families of Fayetteville and surrounding areas since 1991. It was there that she not only honed her organizational skills, but her knowledge of the business and new construction. 

“I love being able to guide and educate buyers about new construction and the building process,” she says. “Handing over keys to the buyers brand new home is always so exciting and to see the excitement on their faces is my reason why I love doing what I do!” 

Whether her clients are looking for their first-time home or a retirement place, Lauren is ready, willing and able to help. She is also available to assist home sellers who are looking to move on to the next chapter in their lives. 

Prior to new construction and real estate, Lauren earned her degree in radiologic science with a specialization in mammography. “With this degree and specialty, I spent eight years forming long-lasting relationships with not only my coworkers, but also my patients and their families,” she says.

Lauren and her family call the Eastover community home. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their young daughter, and assorted family and friends. Favorite pastimes include traveling, photography, animals, and “just staying busy.”
